This half-day shamanic retreat is an opportunity to step out of the noise and into a sacred space. Designed for deep energetic cleansing and realignment, you will clear stagnant energy, and realign with your natural state of flow and vitality.
Whether you are feeling scattered, energetically depleted, or simply in need of some self-care, this mini retreat offers a profound yet gentle way to return home to yourself.
By the end of our time together, you will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your inner guidance, ready to step back into your life with renewed presence and purpose.
DETAILS AND NEXT STEPS
We’ll begin our time together by opening sacred space, calling to the directions, the elements and our helping allies to join us in support.
I’ll then guide you through a meditation to deepen your presence, followed by time to share anything that wishes to be expressed and witnessed.
Next, we’ll work with a six-card tarot reading to gain insight into the best medicine for this phase of your life or to receive guidance on a particular matter.
Time to lie down, relax and receive a traditional cleansing ritual to help clear stagnant energy and remove blocks from the subtle layers of your field.
Using the drum and sacred touch, I will bring through healing to support the cleansing and alignment of your energy. (Note: This does not involve massage, and you will remain fully clothed.)
We’ll close with a ritual to anchor what has been released and received, sealing in the energy of your journey.
