MY PATH TO HEALING,

GROWTH & GUIDING OTHERS

Katy Molloy

Having experienced the difference between living solely in my head, to living connected with heart, body and soul, I know the power this holds to transform our personal and collective realities.

After ‘climbing the ladder’ in creative advertising agencies, I worked for eight years internationally in counter human trafficking, moved the injustice and horror of modern slavery.

On paper, I’d achieved the life I wanted, yet I was burnt out, defensive, and disconnected. The endless cycle of exploitation and the colonial impacts of the development sector led me to profound questions about life and my place within it.

My attention turned inwards because there was nowhere else to go.

An intense, seven-year exploration into spiritual dimensions began. I journeyed deep through meditation, yogic asana, kriya, plant medicines and wilderness quests. Learning from different cultures opened my mind beyond western conditioning.

A sense of exhaustion continued however until I began to recognise disassociation from my childhood. With support, I began moving through the most unknown, emotionally and physically painful places, gradually learning how to meet and integrate them.

This happened alongside a transformational relationship (not as romantic as it may sound!) that continues to reshape my experience of intimacy and sacred sexuality. I began my training with Internal Family Systems, trauma, shamanic wisdom and womb awakening.

With the help of these profound approaches, I discovered a way of being that’s both rooted and free, guided by my inner senses and open to the fullness of this human experience. I embrace the mystery of each moment as an opportunity for deeper connection, freedom and loving awareness.

Professional background

For eight years I worked internationally leading initiatives to address modern slavery & sexual exploitation.
The focus of my work changed in 2015 to support biodiversity & climate justice.

I learnt huge amounts working with different groups of people including government bodies, media organisations,
creatives, young people, Indigenous communities and survivors of trafficking.

For 4 years I formed part of the leadership team at Flourishing Diversity; an initiative that sought to strengthen existing and emerging restorative cultures to protect the land and the multi-species communities in those ecosystems.

Prior to this I supported a restructuring process at The Fountain
which exists to uphold sacred land, sacred economics and sacred people for the natural order of our existence.

My work in these fields taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, systemic impact, and the power of relationships—all of which inform the services I now offer.
